Are your vapes genuine?

What's the difference between AU-stocked and overseas-shipped products?
AU-stocked products dispatch from within Australia and are your fastest option. Overseas-shipped lines take longer in transit but come in at lower prices — especially on bulk. Every product is clearly labelled, so you can choose speed or savings on each order.
Which IGET Bar should I buy?
Depends how you vape. The IGET Bar 3500 is the classic entry point — compact, affordable, and stacked with flavours like Strawberry Watermelon Ice. The Bar Plus 6000 adds a rechargeable battery and replaceable pods, while the Bar Pro 10000 is the long-hauler for heavy users. How do bulk packs work?
Multi-packs run from 3-pack bundles up to 200-pack cartons, and the per-unit price drops as the pack size grows — down to as low as $18.50 per device on selected lines like the IGET Bar 10-pack. The per-device price is shown on the listing, so you can compare properly before you commit.
What's the biggest puff count you stock?
Our range runs from 3,500-puff entry bars up to mega devices like the Picco Break 30000, BIMO GTI 40K, Vapepie Max 40000 and beyond. For most people, the 9,000–15,000 puff bracket (ALIBARBAR Ingot 9000, Gunnpod EVO 15000, HQD Slick Pro 10000) is the sweet spot between longevity and pocket size.
How long does delivery take?
AU-stocked orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days, then delivery depends on your location. Overseas-shipped orders take longer — allow extra transit time. Every order includes tracking, emailed to you once your parcel is moving.
My vape arrived faulty — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact form with your order number and a quick description (photos help). Confirmed faults are replaced or refunded. Note that opened or used devices can't be returned just because a flavour wasn't your thing.
Do you ship to my state?
We deliver Australia-wide. That said, vaping regulations vary between states and territories, and it's your responsibility to make sure your order complies with the rules where you live.
Do I need to be 18 to buy?
Yes — strictly 18+. Age verification applies to orders, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where age can't be verified.
Can I mix flavours in a bulk pack?
Many multi-packs let you mix flavours across the pack — check the individual listing for the options available. If a pack is single-flavour only, it'll say so on the product page.
